These incredibly lightweight hurdles are excellent for a multitude of plyometric exercises, including drills to increase stride rate and stride length. A must for any coach of any sport. The set consists of 4 training cones 40cm high and 2 poles 1m long which can be placed in 3 different heights (12, 22 and 32cm) according to the fitness level of the athletes. Great for developing explosive strength and improve footwork.
